Program Pathway :

The program commences with a venture baselining and goal setting exercise which aims to identify the key areas of focus during this 14 week intervention.

Startup Assessment:
• Baselining | Goal setting | Business modelling | Team formation | Customer | Sales & revenue | Valuation & funding plan.

Venture Engagement:
• Discussions on market penetration | Increasing sales & revenue | Access to advisors/mentors | Mock Pitches to improve Investability | Peer networking and learning.

Venture Support:
• Access to content & resources | Inputs on the available Incubators/Accelerators/Grants/Funding Agencies | Presentation skills | Access to tools/templates.
• Expert opinions/interventions

Program Structure & Interventions :

The Program is divided into different interventions, such as:

Sprint Sessions:
• In this session, a WF Facilitator will facilitates a workshop (virtually) regarding the week’s theme, and how to navigate through the solution kits.
• Weekly Live Sessions.

1:1 Office Hours:
• Consultative sessions with the Facilitator and WEN Program Manager.
• Focused conversations with business mentors and domain experts on the path to meet the venture’s goals;
• Weekly/Fortnightly Sessions — with appointment and calendared.

Masterclasses/Expert Interventions:
• Live Sessions with Entrepreneurs/Expert during the 14 weeks Journey.

Pitching Bootcamp:
• Pitching bootcamp organized with WEN/Startup Ecosystem experts geared towards Final Pitch to pitch to investors to raise funds.

Mock Pitches:
• Mock Pitches per the program structure to help refine the Pitch Deck.

Demo Day:
• Chance to pitch to a network of funding/investments partners across India.
